Résumé

Après avoir décou­vert les instal­la­tions de traite­ment d’eau de dial­yse et les ser­vices qu’elles ali­mentent, je me suis intéressé au pro­to­cole de main­te­nance et au suivi des instal­la­tions effec­tué par le ser­vice biomédical.

Un besoin d’apporter des solu­tions pour amélior­er ce suivi et anticiper d’éventuels col­matage de fil­tra­tion est apparu comme une évidence.

Les con­trôles jour­naliers étant effec­tués par le SBM, un manque de suivi le week­end est exis­tant bien que les ser­vices qui dial­y­sent con­tin­u­ent à dial­yser le weekend.

L’âge des trois instal­la­tions présentes sur site étant pra­tique­ment iden­tiques un besoin de rem­place­ment de ces dernières est présent.

J’ai donc souhaité, avec ce pro­jet, apporter trois solu­tions dif­férentes qui intè­grent pour cha­cune d’entre elles, l’informatisation des don­nées essen­tielles pour répon­dre aux man­ques exis­tants dans les pra­tiques journalières.

Une volon­té de ma part a été de met­tre en avant les ressources exis­tantes, tant matérielles que physiques internes au CHU, dans une époque où on a plutôt ten­dance à exter­nalis­er les choses pour dif­férentes raisons.

Abstract

After dis­cov­er­ing the dial­y­sis water treat­ment facil­i­ties and the ser­vices they sup­ply, I became inter­est­ed in the main­te­nance pro­to­col and mon­i­tor­ing of the facil­i­ties car­ried out by the bio­med­ical service.

 A need to pro­vide, solu­tions to improve mon­i­tor­ing and antic­i­pate pos­si­ble clog­ging of fil­tra­tion appeared as obvious.

The dai­ly checks being car­ried out by the SBM, there is a lack of fol­low-up on week­ends, although the ser­vices that dial­yse con­tin­ue to dial­yse on weekends.

The age of the three instal­la­tions present on site being prac­ti­cal­ly iden­ti­cal, there is a need to replace them.

I there­fore wished with this project to bring three solu­tions, which inte­grate for each of them, the com­put­er­i­za­tion of the essen­tial data to answer the exist­ing lacks in the dai­ly practices.

A desire on my part was to high­light the exist­ing resources, both mate­r­i­al and phys­i­cal inter­nal to the CHU, in a time when we tend to out­source things ear­li­er for dif­fer­ent reasons.
